By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Beekeeping Diary mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the App, including both free and premium subscribers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play's terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in Section 4.5.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.
All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds except in cases of:

The App, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by Beekeeping Diary and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (hive records, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While the App stores data locally on your device and may offer cloud backup features, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or preservation of your data.
We are NOT liable for any loss of data due to:
RECOMMENDATION: Regularly export and backup your data using the App's export feature.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google Play, OpenStreetMap). We are not responsible for:

We are not responsible for any risks, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your beekeeping activities.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEEKEEPING DIARY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@beekeepingdiary.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that:
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the applicable arbitration organization. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You and we agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beekeeping Diary regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
